We are looking for a Durability & Fatigue Engineer (Abaqus), with a Bac+5 and proven experience in durability and fatigue calculation in the automotive sector, to contribute to numerical simulation and mechanical structure validation activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac+5 training / Engineering degree or Master's in Mechanics, Structural Calculation, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in durability and fatigue calculation of mechanical structures.
• Performance of fatigue analyses on mechanical components and systems.
• Development and exploitation of finite element models under Abaqus.
• Analysis of static, dynamic, and fatigue calculation results.
• Mandatory experience in the automotive sector.
• Excellent command of Abaqus (pre-processing, calculation, and post-processing).
• Good command of durability and fatigue calculation methods.
• Knowledge of fatigue methodologies (SN, EN, etc.).
• Mastery of finite element modeling and analysis.
• Ability to interpret and exploit numerical simulation results.
• Good understanding of the mechanical behavior of structures.
• Very good level of communication in French and English.
• Rigor, analytical mind, and ability to work in a team.
