Recruitment Research Officer

Your main responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Research Officer, you will collaborate closely with our recruitment teams in France and your main missions will be:

• Define the profiles sought with the recruitment officers
• Sort CVs from responses to advertisements
• Detect suitable profiles on thematic CVs, professional networks (LinkedIn)
• Contact and evaluate candidates by phone based on selection criteria (motivations, skills...)
• Write summary elements following telephone interviews
• Propose qualified candidates for interviews to the recruitment officer
• Follow recruitment files until the end of the mission
• Update candidate files.

Job requirements

Profile:

• Diploma from higher education
• First experience in recruitment is an advantage
• Perfect command of French (C1 level)
• Dynamism, curiosity
• Persuasion skills and rigor
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Communication and organization skills, team spirit
• Adaptability and open-mindedness
• Proficiency in computer tools (Internet, Office, Outlook)
