Job Description: As part of our team expansion, we are seeking a Senior DevOps Consultant to support our clients in modernizing their infrastructures and industrializing their development and deployment processes. You will primarily work on Private Cloud, On-Premise, and Hybrid environments, with the goal of improving the reliability, security, automation, and performance of the platforms.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting teams in adopting and improving DevOps and GitOps practices.
• Design, deploy and maintain robust and secure CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Automate deployment, configuration and operation processes using Ansible, Terraform, ArgoCD or Flux.
• Design and administer infrastructures via the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach.
• Deploy, administer and optimize containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Participate in the design, deployment and operation of Private Cloud, On-Premise and Hybrid environments.
• Implement supervision, monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Participate in securing infrastructures (secrets management, IAM, HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, OPA).
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents, monitor corrective actions and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Supporting technical teams in disseminating DevOps best practices and automation approaches.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science. Minimum 5 years of experience on DevOps projects. Solid experience with Private Cloud, On-Premise, or Hybrid environments. Strong command of Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu) and Windows Server systems. Excellent command of Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker Compose. Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps. Significant experience with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux). Good scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go). Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and platform security. Experience with a public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an asset, but expertise in Private Cloud and On-Premise infrastructures is essential. The following certifications will be appreciated: Kubernetes (CKA), Docker, Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect. Any certification related to DevOps practices or infrastructure automation.
