About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Restaurant Server/ Commis De Rang to join our new opening restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, Morocco. The Busser position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

What you will do You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include describing the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item s origin, taste and preparation methods. communicating guest orders including any special needs to requests to the kitchen. Coordinating food timings, anticipating guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions. closing guest checks, being highly visible in the operation, and taking care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.
