Job :
- Supervise all construction and finishing work for the projects
- Check that the work done matches the project plans and specifications
- Plan and ensure that deadlines are met by the different parties involved
- Coordinate all service providers and project managers
- Assist and participate in the project handover with the project managers
- Ensure the delivery of properties or works and provide after-sales service and ensure smooth operation during use
Required profile :
- Associate's degree (Bac+2) or professional license in civil engineering and building
- 8 years of experience in project management
- Monitoring the budget, deadlines, and quality of the construction site.
- Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.
- Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions on the construction site.
