We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer, with a Bac+5 and proven experience in the automotive sector, ideally with an automotive manufacturer (OEM), to lead product and process quality activities within a demanding industrial environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Formation
Bac+5 / Engineering degree or Master in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Mechanics, Production or equivalent.
Experience
Significant experience in industrial quality in the automotive sector.
Practical experience in processing and resolving product and process quality issues.
Knowledge of industrial assembly processes: spot welding, MIG welding, gluing, Tucker, screwing.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of geometry and tolerancing.
Mastery of quality tools: 5P QQOQCP 8D
Mastery of Lean Manufacturing methods: 5S Kaizen Gemba
Conducting Process and Product audits.

معرفة بعمليات التجميع الصناعية: اللحام النقطي، لحام MIG، اللصق، تاكر، برغي.
المهارات التقنية
معرفة الهندسة والت tolerancing.
إتقان أدوات الجودة: 5P QQOQCP 8D
إتقان أساليب التصنيع الرشيق: 5S Kaizen Gemba
إجراء تدقيقات العمليات والمنتجات.
