Activities Live an extraordinary and unique adventure within a large industrial group, with the agility and autonomy of an SME. Contract type: Local; Permanent contract. Your role The Planner/Scheduler's mission is to organize, supervise, and direct the production planning according to orders placed by the department (Customer Management, Sales Administration). As a Planner/Scheduler, your responsibilities will be as follows*:

  • Schedule and launch production orders according to the production plan (forecast & firm orders);
  • Develop and analyze the production plan according to customer needs;
  • Prepare and lead the production plan review meeting;
  • Optimize the launch of production orders based on constraints while ensuring customer service (product type, batch size, cycle time, etc.);
  • Ensure the monitoring of production operations scheduling;
  • Calculate and analyze adherence;
  • Balance workload across different resources;
  • Analyze and ensure the adequacy between workload and production capacity;
  • Guarantee adherence to the production plan through daily monitoring (analyze discrepancies between scheduling and quantities produced);
  • Relay priorities;
  • Work in collaboration with the production manager and other support services to ensure deadlines;
  • Analyze the status of ongoing production orders before month-end accounting closure;
  • Control the level of work in progress and finished products;
  • Develop and monitor catch-up plans in collaboration with the production manager;
  • Ensure all tasks within the scope of their functions or at the request of the hierarchical manager;

Desired Candidate Profile

Be from a Bac+5 training specializing in logistics, with 3 years of experience in the aeronautics sector. Master office tools essential for their activity (spreadsheet, database, accounting software, etc.) and the structure's ERP. Planning, scheduling, and production management tools. Knowledge of the industrial environment. Your interpersonal skills, your curiosity, but also your ability to be proactive and innovation-oriented will allow you to successfully carry out your missions and thrive in this position. You will evolve in a dynamic and growing environment.
