Job :
Management of the Recharging process: method, monitoring & alerts
- Supervision and monitoring of process performance
- Monitoring of OMEA Recharging contracts initially, then other areas (OB, OWS, Corporate and France) to be defined based on workload: Application of the process, Follow-up for signatures, verification of amounts, Request for POs
- Consolidated financial monitoring of Recharging, making Financial statements available to Finance Partners
- Construction and consolidation of the Recharging budget
- Variance analysis
- Actual vs. budget variance analysis

العمل :
إدارة عملية إعادة الشحن: الطريقة، الرصد والتنبيهات
- الإشراف على أداء العملية ورصدها
- متابعة عقود إعادة الشحن لـ OMEA في البداية، ثم مجالات أخرى (OB، OWS، الشركات وفرنسا) التي ستُحدّد بناءً على حجم العمل: تطبيق العملية، المتابعة للحصول على التوقيعات، التحقق من المبالغ، طلب أوامر الشراء
- الرصد المالي المجمّع لإعادة الشحن، وتوفّر البيانات المالية لشركاء المالية
- إنشاء وتوحيد ميزانية إعادة الشحن
- تحليل الفوارق
- تحليل الفرق الفعلي مقابل الميزانية
