Job Details

The educational and linguistic cooperation department of the French Institute of Morocco is looking for new talents throughout the year to strengthen its pool of trainers on various themes.
As part of the Franco-Moroccan declaration of intent signed in 2024 and the High-Level Meeting held on July 16, 2026, the IFM has reiterated its commitment to supporting the Moroccan Ministry of Education, Preschool, and Sports in deploying its roadmap, aligning with its ambitious priorities, and particularly within the framework of an educational reform that aims to generalize the pioneering model.

In this context, the IFM is constantly seeking specialized trainers in the priority areas of Franco-Moroccan educational cooperation, namely:

  • Reading as a vector for learning French as a Foreign Language (FLE) / French as a Second Language (FLS) / Early French
  • Theoretical stakes and practical applications of AI (and digital tools) in teaching
  • Education for critical thinking: Education through images/visual arts, media, interculturality
  • French in extracurricular activities: theatrical techniques, soft skills development
  • Stakes of the Moroccan reform: TARL method, explicit teaching, combating school dropout, remediation and academic support
  • Non-linguistic disciplines (DNL)
  • Inclusive Education: stakes and awareness

These training courses may be aimed at different audiences depending on the specific needs expressed by our partners (AREF, CRMEF, Preschool Foundations, and Associations), namely: French teachers and/or teachers of subjects taught in French (teachers of scientific disciplines taught in French), school principals, educators, preschool supervisors, and trainers.

Only self-entrepreneur profiles will be considered. Missions are entrusted on an occasional basis, according to the needs of projects conducted by the French Institute of Morocco and its partners, and may be organized throughout the Kingdom, with varying frequencies. Fluency in French is essential. Knowledge of the Moroccan educational system is an asset.
