This team is looking for a determined, US-market expert to drive growth for clients within the financial services and tax sectors.
Joining a well-established firm with 15 years of proven methodology, you will be the frontline engine of the sales process, engaging high-level stakeholders and creating meaningful business opportunities.
This is a role for a curious, coachable individual who wants to leverage their industry knowledge to achieve uncapped career progression.
Key Responsibilities Conduct approximately 50 high-quality outbound calls per day to prospective clients within the US market Consistently generate 10+ qualified outbound opportunities per month to meet and exceed growth targets Utilize Salesforce to meticulously manage your pipeline and track prospect engagement Execute outreach strategies based on established, world-class sales methodologies Act as a subject matter expert when speaking with financial professionals, building trust through industry-specific literacy Competitive base salary with a clear incentive structure Performance-based incentives (£200 for hitting target; £500 for overperformance) Fully remote work environment with global flexibility Rapid career growth opportunities into Team Lead and Management roles Long-term stability within a well-established, 15-year-old market leader Access to proven sales methodologies and professional development coaching Native or near-native American English fluency to effectively communicate with US-based stakeholders Proven background in Finance, Financial Services, or Tax (highly preferred) Availability to work full-time hours aligned with US time zones, regardless of your physical location Demonstrated coachability and a desire to continuously refine your sales craft An affable, determined personality with a natural curiosity for business processes Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Nice-to-Haves Direct experience in tax consultancy or accounting services.
Previous experience in an outsourced SDR or B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of advanced prospecting tools beyond standard CRM functions.
