Job Description:
Human resources management of the workshop.
Lead and motivate production teams in a demanding aeronautical environment, deploying management by objectives aligned with Safran standards (SQCDP);
Contribute to the recruitment process, ensure the integration and support of new employees in accordance with Safran Aerosystems requirements;
Define, develop and maintain the skills of the teams in line with the rules of authorization, qualification and versatility specific to aeronautical products;
be responsible for the operator training plan and the industrial maturity of the workshop;
Ensure the rigorous application of Safran standards (procedures, instructions, methods, tools) and carry out internal audits of their scope; manage the associated corrective actions.
Production Organization and Management:
Contribute to the development of the Production Plan in conjunction with the Supply Chain and support functions;
Ensure the execution of the manufacturing program in compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD) requirements;
Manage scheduling, execution monitoring, and production priority management;
Deploy and lead performance management through QRQC routines and industrial indicators;
Ensure the workshop's workload/capacity balance and anticipate resource needs.
Quality Control and Aeronautical Compliance:
Lead daily Quality meetings (Quality Notices, scrap, deviations, rework) in line with customer and aeronautical regulatory requirements;
Lead and facilitate root cause analyses with support functions (Quality, Methods, Industrialization);
Validate and monitor improvement action plans to strengthen process robustness and product conformity;
Guarantee production that meets Safran Aerosystems' own process, quality, and traceability requirements.
Industrial performance and continuous improvement:
Ensure the availability and proper functioning of the machine park in close collaboration with Maintenance;
Monitor and manage industrial investments in coordination with Methods and Industrialization;
Drive cost reduction, production cycle optimization, and productivity improvement;
Promote and deploy the Group's continuous improvement approaches (Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Participative Innovation, Kaizen projects).
Health,Safety and Environment (SSE)
Actively engage in Safran's SSE approach by promoting an exemplary safety culture within the workshop;
Ensure strict compliance with applicable HSE and environmental regulations;
conduct risk analyses and safety data management (SDM) assessments, and contribute to accident and incident prevention.

Job Requirements

: With a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac+5), you have at least 5 years of professional experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally in the aeronautics sector. This experience has allowed you to develop strong team management skills, production management expertise, and adherence to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery standards, as well as a strong culture of continuous improvement.
