Mission: The different activities assigned to the Process Owner are as follows:

• Gather, analyze, and challenge business needs expressed by Business Leaders and operational entities.
• Validate CEBs and SFDs to ensure the compliance of evolutions with business processes and objectives.
• Ensure the interface between business, project, and development teams to guarantee that functional needs are properly taken into account.
• Participate in the preparation and validation of functional acceptance campaigns.
• Monitor and validate the resolution of anomalies impacting business processes.
• Draft and enrich functional test scenarios to validate the solution.
• Perform functional tests and manage anomalies via JIRA.
• Track JIRA progress until resolution.
• Hold meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed subsidiaries/countries) when necessary for progress.
• Monitor acceptance progress KPIs and estimate workload.
• Participate in user support initiatives (interactions with the Lifecycle Team when necessary).
• Coordinate between the TL and the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bac +5 in Supply Chain / Logistics, Information Systems or equivalent specialization
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Process Owner must have an IT background with good experience in UAT / Business requirement on supply chain projects with Process Owner experience (banking / SAP / ...)
