Responsible for ensuring equipment readiness from project initiation through serial production while driving continuous improvement, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role contributes to improving manufacturing performance, quality, safety, productivity, and cost effectiveness through innovative engineering solutions and cross-functional collaboration.</p><br>
<p>Contribute to the plant objectives achievement in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost and Continuous Improvement.</p><br><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b> <br><ul>
<li>Define technical specifications, capacities, layouts and standards for equipment and tooling.</li>
<li>Manage equipment ordering activities and follow up suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and installation.</li>
<li>Coordinate equipment reception, transfer, installation, commissioning and validation activities.</li>
<li>Interface with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Central Engineering teams during equipment implementation and process changes.</li>
<li>Support prototype builds and production launches by ensuring availability and readiness of manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>Lead equipment improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, ergonomics, automation and cost reduction.</li>
<li>Participate in Industry 4.0 projects and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare technical documentation, layouts, equipment records and project reports.</li>
<li>Contribute to PFMEA, 8D analysis, LPA audits and continuous improvement workshops.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards for all production equipment.</li>
<li>Monitor project milestones, supplier performance and key engineering KPIs.</li>
</ul><br><br><b>Experience Requirements</b> <br>
<ul>
<li>Education: state engineering degree or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field. (bac+5)</li>
<li>1-3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering or industrialization environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of assembly equipment, manufacturing processes and industrial automation.</li>
<li>Experience in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.</li>
<li>Good understanding of quality tools such as PFMEA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.</li>
<li>Effective communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work within cross-functional and multicultural teams.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li>
<li>English and French mandatory.</li>
