The consultancy activity will be for 6 months for Vodafone EG:

 ▪ Lead the design team enablement by building a blue print design for the most common service catalog items, and train the team with the needed adjustments based on the customers special requirements for the catalog items in scope.

 ▪ Guide the deployment team to setup and configure the services in scope. 

▪ Oversee the day-to-day operational activities for the managed services team to ensure the smooth operations and management of the environments in scope. 

▪ Advise with the needed technical trainings and competencies needed all three teams. 

 ▪ Building the supporting processes and run-books are in scope.

 ▪ Lead the design team enablement by building a blueprint design for the most common service catalog items, and train the team with the needed adjustments based on the customers special requirements for the catalog items in scope, adding the below points:

 ▪ Convert the full migration scenarios from different source to Azure which including how can calculate the sizing. 

▪ Review the customer environment and determine how can optimize this cost. 

▪ Build hybrid cloud blueprints.

 ▪ Assess and build the SAP environment for our customer, with details how can either migrate or build it on the cloud. 

▪ Guide the deployment team to setup and configure the services in scope.

 ▪ Make sure our professional teams can build all generated blueprints.

 ▪ Learn Vodafone team to do migration for customer.

 ▪ Oversee the day-to-day operational activities for the managed services team to ensure the smooth operations and management of the environments in scope. 

▪ Build the operation model for managed services team as example “including how do daily health check, logs, monitor” 

▪ Build R&R between us and Customer for managed service scope. 

▪ Advise with the needed technical trainings and competencies needed all three teams.
