<br> Job : <p>Your goal will be to ensure the validation of the performance, effectiveness, and robustness of AI models, by developing test strategies adapted to AI use cases (RAG, autonomous agents, LLMs), with particular attention to responsible and ethical aspects.</p><br><br><p>Your missions will be: </p><br><br><ul><li>Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure alignment of test results with business needs.</li><li>Develop the test approach, scenarios, and validation plans covering functional, non-functional (performance, security) aspects, and vulnerabilities.</li><li>Implement test processes and tools adapted to AI use cases (RAG validation, autonomous agents).</li><li>Track and share quality indicators (KPIs) to measure model effectiveness.</li><li>Industrialize AI testing practices within the teams.</li><li>Ensure technological watch on the evolution of AI testing frameworks and methodologies.</li><li>Be proactive in transforming concepts into operational testing solutions.</li></ul> <br> <br> Required profile : <p>Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science.</p><br><br><p>Experience: Minimum 3 years.</p><br><br><p><u><strong>Required Skills: </strong></u></p><br><br><ul><li>Methodologies: Agile Testing, ISTQB guide, Data/AI acculturation (GenAI and non-GenAI)</li><li>Programming: Python, Pandas, NumPy</li><li>Generative AI: RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agentic, LLMs</li><li>AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph or equivalents</li><li>AI Testing Tools: Giskard, RAGAS, Deep-Eval or similar model evaluation solutions</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
