Head of sales & Marketing

About this role:
We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives, build a high-performing team, and work closely with the Director to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Oversee content creation, social media management, and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, and media partners, to amplify brand visibility.
- Define and implement sales strategies in coordination with the Director to capture target markets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of B2B clients, focusing on long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
- Regularly track sales performance metrics, preparing reports and actionable insights for the Director.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic sales and marketing team, starting with the current Marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of issues or complaints.
- Build a customer preferences database to deliver personalized services and improve user experiences on the platform.
- Develop strategies to enhance Trustmaroc’s reputation as a trusted and innovative real estate platform.
Collaboration with the Director:
- Work closely with the Director to align sales and marketing strategies with overall company objectives.
- Provide regular updates on sales and marketing progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting for sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in sales and marketing, with experience in a leadership role.
- Proven experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Background in real estate, tech, or digital platforms is a plus.
Skills:
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience mentoring and training staff.
- Expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
