About UM6P Career Center:

Established in September 2021, UM6P Career Center aims to support students in their job search. As part of the Academic Services Division, our work is centred around three major components:

1. Help the students develop their employability skills. We offer an extensive program in self-development, job search training, and individual career coaching on campus and on line. A volunteering program complements these training services The Social Experience Program - aiming to give the students the opportunity to hone their skills and apply their learnings on the field by helping the local community.
2. Develop our network of business partners and recruiters. This is done through a series of engagement events on campus and a structured process of following up on all type of placement opportunities. All the initiatives in this field are designed to promote the UM6P brand as a talent pool provider and increase the engagement and retention rate of partners.
3. Monitor the placement of our students and graduates and support the schools in engaging industry operators in their academic programs

Join our team as an Employability Data Analyst and contribute to the Career Center's 2030 Vision by leveraging data to enhance student and graduate employability. Reporting to the Head of the Career Center, your insights will drive strategic decisions that support our mission of building a connecting ecosystem where every individual is empowered to grow and succeed professionally. You will play a key role in supporting students and graduates in understanding the market's dynamics by providing data-driven insights into career paths and outcomes.

Missions or tasks:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data related to student employability, career trends, and market demands.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on employability statistics, including success rates, placement metrics, and trend analysis.
• Performance Monitoring: build comprehensive dashboards assessing the Career Center's impact and performance, including stakeholders' satisfaction, budget monitoring, etc.
• Market Analysis and strategic foresight: Conduct regular assessments to keep the Career Center's team up to date with the latest employment trends, career servicestechnologies, latest rankings, etc.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Career Center team to develop data-driven strategies for improving student employability and career services.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the employability database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings to internal stakeholders and provide actionable insights to enhance career services.
