Job :

Your Missions:



  • Management and resolution of mobile technical incidents (N2)
  • Analysis of network performance and identification of malfunctions
  • Management of interventions (internal, field, and partners)
  • Monitoring of SLAs and reporting to clients
  • Regular and proactive communication with clients
  • Mobile networks: 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G
  • Technologies: VoLTE, VoWiFi
  • Equipment: routers, mobile devices, coverage solutions (DAS, picos)


Required profile :
  • Knowledge of mobile networks
  • VoLTE-VoWIFI technologies
  • Android and IOS systems 
  • B2B customer communication
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsiveness 
  • Teamwork 
  • Flexibility and openness to change 
  • Empathy towards the customer
