Your mission as a Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play an essential role by:

  • Responding to customer needs: Ensure quality service by responding to questions via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolving problems: Identify and handle requests or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Building customer loyalty: Provide personalized solutions to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement: Share customer feedback to optimize our services and processes.

Our recruitment process
