Job :
Your main mission will be to lead and optimize the After-Sales Service activity. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening customer loyalty, improving repair and maintenance processes, and managing technical teams to ensure a service level that meets the highest quality standards.
As the Automotive After-Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising all after-sales service activities (workshop, reception, spare parts, warranty).
- Ensuring the quality of services and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Managing, motivating, and developing technical and administrative teams.
- Defining, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators (After-Sales KPIs).
- Maintaining the relationship with the manufacturer and ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
Required profile :
Education:
- State Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong management skills and proven leadership.
- Strong customer focus, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written; English is a plus.
