Job :
Reporting to the infrastructure management team, the Network Engineer / Project Coordinator will lead the deployment, evolution, and optimization of network architectures across all sites (agencies, large sites, overseas delegations).
The position requires a strong transverse coordination component between Allianz's internal entities, technological partners, and telecom operators.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Project Management & Network Deployment
- Lead projects for the creation, upgrade (scaling up), and decommissioning of networks on sites of various sizes (small agencies to large strategic sites like La Défense).
- Coordinate and monitor Work Orders (ODM).
- Ensure capacity monitoring of network infrastructure and produce associated reports to anticipate evolution needs.
- Manage site end-of-life: monitor decommissioning and coordinate equipment returns with operators.
- Transverse Coordination & Ecosystem Governance
- Act as a central point of contact and facilitate exchanges between different stakeholders: Allianz Technology France, Allianz France, and the integrator (Accenture).
- Act as the interface with central teams based internationally (Germany and Romania).
- Manage the relationship with telecom operators (mainly SFR) for link management, order tracking, and coordination in case of incidents.
Required profile :
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science/Networks Engineering or equivalent, with proven experience in network deployment and infrastructure project management.
- Key skills: mastery of network deployment cycles and operator link management.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment (clients, service providers, publishers).
- Ability to manage long-term projects.
- Operational English is essential (regular exchanges with Germany and Romania).
- Required qualities: Rigor in reporting, sense of organization, autonomy, and diplomacy.
