الوظيفة :
مدير اللوجستيات مسؤول عن كفاءة وسلاسة التدفقات اللوجستية التوزيعية للسوق المغربية. ويضمن التوزيع الأمثل للسيارات الجديدة، وإدارة إجراءات الجودة في منافذ البيع، والإشراف على أسطول سيارات الشركة. ودوره محوري في ضمان رضا العملاء وتحسين التكاليف، مع ضمان الامتثال للعمليات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
توزيع السيارات الجديدة (VN):
التخطيط والتحسين: إعداد وتحسين خطط النقل للسيارات الجديدة من المستودع المركزي إلى الفروع والوكالات في جميع أنحاء التراب الوطني.
متابعة التدفقات: ضمان المتابعة الدقيقة للشحنات، من الجدولة إلى التسليم النهائي، مع ضمان الالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة وشروط النقل.
إدارة الموردين: التعاون الوثيق مع شركات النقل، وتقييم أدائها، والتفاوض على عقود الخدمات لضمان جودة خدمة لا تشوبها شائبة وتكاليف مدروسة.
إعداد التقارير: تطبيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لقياس كفاءة سلسلة التوزيع واقتراح مجالات للتحسين المستمر.
إدارة إجراءات الجودة في الفروع:
تنسيق عمليات الاستدعاء والحملات: تنظيم وإشراف حملات الاستدعاء الخاصة بالمصنعين وإجراءات الجودة المحددة التي تؤثر على السيارات الموزعة بالفعل أو المخزنة في الفروع.
الواجهة الفنية: العمل كحلقة وصل بين القسم الفني والفروع والوكالات لضمان التطبيق السليم لإجراءات الجودة ورفع التقارير بالمعلومات ذات الصلة.
المتابعة والمراقبة: ضمان التنفيذ الصحيح للإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية في منافذ البيع، والتحقق من الامتثال لمعايير الجودة الخاصة بالمصنع.
إدارة أسطول سيارات الشركة:
إدارة الأسطول: إدارة جميع الجوانب الإدارية المتعلقة بالأسطول (وثائق التسجيل، التأمين، الضرائب، الغرامات)، مع ضمان الامتثال التنظيمي.
التخصيص والمتابعة: الإشراف على تخصيص السيارات للموظفين، ومتابعة قطع المسافات، والصيانة الدورية، والإصلاحات.
التحسين والصيانة: اقتراح حلول لتحسين التكاليف المتعلقة بالأسطول (استهلاك الوقود، الصيانة) وتطبيق خطة تجديد مناسبة.
تقارير الأسطول: الاحتفاظ بلوحة قيادة لأسطول السيارات، تتضمن حالة السيارات، التكاليف المرتبطة بها، وجداول الصيانة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة :
المؤهلات المطلوبة
المؤهل العلمي: شهادة مهندس (Bac+5) في اللوجستيات، سلسلة التوريد، النقل، أو ما يعادلها.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 10 سنوات في دور مماثل، يفضل أن تكون في قطاع السيارات أو قطاع صناعي ذي تحديات توزيع معقدة.
المهارات الفنية:
إتقان مفاهيم وأدوات سلسلة التوريد ولوجستيات التوزيع.
معرفة عميقة باللوائح المتعلقة بالنقل البري وإدارة أسطول السيارات.
معرفة جيدة بنظم المعلومات اللوجستية (WMS، TMS).
إتقان متقدم للبرامج المكتبية (Excel، PowerPoint).

Job :
The Logistics Manager is responsible for the efficiency and smoothness of downstream logistics flows for the Moroccan market. They ensure the optimal distribution of new vehicles, manage quality actions at points of sale, and oversee the company's vehicle fleet. Their role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and cost optimization, while ensuring process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution of New Vehicles (VN):
Planning and Optimization: Develop and optimize transport plans for new vehicles from the Central Depot to branches and dealerships across the entire national territory.
Flow Monitoring: Ensure rigorous monitoring of shipments, from scheduling to final delivery, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and transport conditions.
Supplier Management: Collaborate closely with carriers, evaluate their performance, and negotiate service contracts to ensure impeccable service quality and controlled costs.
Reporting: Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of the distribution chain and propose areas for continuous improvement.
Management of Quality Actions at Branches:
Coordination of Recalls and Campaigns: Organize and supervise manufacturer recall campaigns and specific quality actions affecting vehicles already distributed or in stock at branches.
Technical Interface: Act as the link between the technical department, branches, and dealerships to ensure the proper application of quality procedures and the reporting of relevant information.
Monitoring and Control: Ensure the correct execution of corrective and preventive actions at points of sale, and verify compliance with manufacturer quality standards.
Management of the Company's Vehicle Fleet:
Fleet Administration: Manage all administrative aspects related to the fleet (registration documents, insurance, taxes, fines), ensuring regulatory compliance.
Assignment and Monitoring: Oversee the assignment of vehicles to employees, monitor mileage, regular maintenance, and repairs.
Optimization and Maintenance: Propose solutions to optimize fleet-related costs (fuel consumption, maintenance) and implement a relevant renewal plan.
Fleet Reporting: Maintain a fleet dashboard, including vehicle status, associated costs, and maintenance schedules.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
Education: Engineering degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector or an industrial sector with complex distribution challenges.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Supply Chain and distribution logistics concepts and tools.
In-depth knowledge of regulations related to road transport and vehicle fleet administration.
Good knowledge of logistics information systems (WMS, TMS).
Advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint).
