الوصف الوظيفي - إبلاغ مطالبات العملاء، وقضايا الضمان، ومخاوف الجودة الداخلية عبر المصنع
- مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة مثل WC وRPPM وLMQM وSPPM
- ضمان التنفيذ الفعال والامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة وخطط التحكم
- قيادة ودعم فريق من مهندسي الجودة والمشرفين والفنيين والمراقبين
- توجيه الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية المتعلقة بالعيوب الداخلية والخارجية
- تنسيق وتنفيذ عمليات تدقيق العمليات والمنتجات لضمان الامتثال
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لحل قضايا الجودة وتحسين العمليات
- الحفاظ على التوثيق وإعداد التقارير ومبادرات التحسين المستمر بما يتوافق مع المعايير
متطلبات الخبرة - شهادة الماجستير (Bac+5) في الهندسة، أو الجودة، أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة 5+ سنوات في صناعة السيارات كمهندس جودة
- معرفة عملية بأدوات AIAG الأساسية (مثل FMEA وPPAP وAPQP وSPC وMSA)
- فهم قوي لمعايير وأنظمة الجودة IATF 16949
- إدارة الفرق
- إتقان اللغتين الفرنسية والإنجليزية مع مهارات تواصل قوية

Job Description
- Communicate customer claims, warranty issues, and internal quality concerns across the plant
- Monitor and analyze key quality KPIs such as WC, RPPM, LMQM, and SPPM
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance with the Quality Management System and control plans
- Lead and support a team of Quality Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Controllers
- Drive corrective and preventive actions related to internal and external defects
- Coordinate and execute processes and product audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with standards
Experience Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Engineering, Quality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry as a Quality Engineer
- Working knowledge of AIAG core tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA)
- Strong understanding of IATF 16949 quality standards and systems
- Team Management
- Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills
