Your mission as a Telesales Customer Advisor:

 As a Telesales Customer Advisor, you will play a key role in:

• Promoting our clients' products and services

• Negotiating and retaining customers

Recruitment process:

1 Online tests (1 hour)
After receiving your application, you will get an email inviting you to take a series of interactive tests to assess your language, technical, and personality skills.
2 Phone interview
An initial conversation with a member of the recruitment team to discover Concentrix and confirm suitability for the role.
3 In-person interview
A meeting to delve deeper into your profile and align your ambitions with our company culture.
