Key Responsibilities


  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence
  • Establish channel partnerships and enhance brand visibility at the consumer level
  • Lead recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships to understand and address their needs effectively
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with insightful forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets, market trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve


Requirements and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record as a successful sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within the consumable electronics industry
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry conferences
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities
