Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence
- Establish channel partnerships and enhance brand visibility at the consumer level
- Lead recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships to understand and address their needs effectively
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with insightful forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets, market trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record as a successful sales representative or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets within the consumable electronics industry
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and industry conferences
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities
