We are currently seeking remoteCustomer Service Representatives (French Interviewers)on project base to join our team in Morocco.

Job Overview

As a Market Researcher, you will be instrumental in gathering and processing information that enhances our clients' business strategies. This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate various project needs across different time zones.

Rate in USD:$ 7.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone surveys for market research purposes, including political, public opinion, and B2B studies.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently, capturing both structured and open-ended responses.
• Maintain objectivity and adhere to script guidelines to ensure unbiased data collection
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and quotas.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Secondary school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to pronounce difficult words clearly.
• Experience in call centers or telephone interviewing highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) programs.
• Flexibility to work at least 3 days per week and late shifts (until 12:00 AM) as needed
• Previous experience with political and public opinion studies or B2B research is an asset.
