This temporary, part-time role involves conducting mystery audits to evaluate service quality and customer experience through an app-based process. Your detailed feedback will contribute to the continuous improvement of airline services, ensuring enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Audits: Use app-based tools to evaluate various aspects of airline service, including the check-in process, onboard experience, and customer service interactions.
• Submit Reports: Provide comprehensive feedback and observations promptly after each audit, adhering to evaluation guidelines and standards.
