Mission
Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager also oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
'Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to deliver projects efficiently.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Team Coordination & Leadership: Lead project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between all team members and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and challenges.
- Ensure expectations are managed effectively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in project management or related roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across various stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
