Are you fluent in German and passionate about IT support? Our client in Rabat is seeking a dedicated German-speaking Help Desk Analyst to join their team.
Role Overview:
As an IT Help Desk Analyst, you will provide vital support to German-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include handling helpdesk queries, configuring equipment, maintaining backups, and installing/de-installing software. Your primary goal will be to resolve client issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues via telephone for end users
- Route problems to internal support teams
- Coordinate with vendors and support staff to gain technical knowledge
- Administer and manage user access in various systems
- Document and manage problems, work requests, and resolutions using the Call Tracking System
Candidate Profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling skills and resourcefulness for unforeseen situations
- Quick learner with a willingness to continuously acquire new information
Technical Requirements:
- Understanding of the IT environment and eagerness to learn new processes and technologies
- Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, Antivirus and Firewall software, and PC hardware
- Knowledge of ITIL is a plus
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in German (oral and written)
- Proficiency in English, at least B2 level
