ROLE SUMMARY:
Khalil Gibran School Rabat (KGSR) is seeking to appoint an HR Assistant to join immediately.
KGSR is a vibrant school offering a premium British-style and Moroccan education to both expatriate and local students in Morocco. KGSR is a community school with a strong and growing reputation thanks to its pedagogical approach, progressive approach and holistic education philosophy. The school is seeking a pioneering practitioner who is passionate about their subject and wishes to broaden their own experience within an innovative, friendly and collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR Assistant is mainly responsible for:
· Assist in processing payroll for employees accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
· Maintain payroll records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
· Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related administrative matters.
· Collaborate with the HR team to ensure payroll data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
· Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
· Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, drafting correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
· Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
· Ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals and objectives effectively.
· Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to the successful integration of new employees.
in charge of implementing, applying and evaluating training programs that meet employees’ skills development needs, while helping to achieve the school’s strategic objectives.
· Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned.
Academic training desired
· At least a professional degree in Human Resources management
· Diploma from specialist HR schools
Expected experience
· At least two years’ experience in a similar position,
· Experience in the education sector is desirable.
