The Change Lead for the o9 program is responsible for driving and managing the transition to future way of planning, ensuring seamless integration with other ongoing projects and x-functional Solutions. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing change management strategies, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. The Change Lead facilitates effective communication, training, and support to promote user adoption and optimize business processes across the organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
Lead the execution of the E2E planning transformation and O9 Change Management plan (CM Deployment Guide) in the region and provides updates per the governance plan
Align region to the vision and document region outcomes and success criteria
Validate BU readiness to start the deployment and coach BU Change Champion
Localise the Change Management Deployment Guide with BU Change Champion to meet BU needs
Coaches, develops, guides BU Change Champions and Key Users on how to complete change management activities
Responsible for regular timely mass communication content development for broadcasting, townhall, newsletter etc
Ensures Region/BU/Market leaders are aware, aligned, and visibly support the change
Facilitates Leading Through Change, Thriving Through Change, and Key User Training Facilitation Skills sessions in the BU
Supports kick-off and other large engagement events in the BU
Monitor and assess change readiness and share with region and program stakeholders
Monitor and assess adoption and share with region and program stakeholders
Complete lessons learned and to recommend improvements to the CM Deployment Guide
Capability Requirement
Experience of leading Change for large business/digital transformation programs
Understanding of Changeability Framework
Strong network/stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of planning business process, role and integrated business scenarios
Able to navigating through complex organization structure
Strong communication and positive influence skills, a story teller
Leadership skills to be able to influence multiple level and communicate vision/strategy clearly
Organization capability to deliver concrete change/communication plans
Resilient selling skills to communicate vision consistency
