Human Resources Specialist (Clinvet Morocco)

Clinvet is widely regarded as one of the leading animal health CRO's globally.  We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our Clinvet team in Morocco.  

Primary Job Purpose

Responsible to perform human resources services in line with relevant company policies and procedures.

Description of Position

Responsible for the delivery of human resource services with regard to: 

• Employee Administration Manage all aspects of employment administration.


• Recruitment and hiring: Responsible for posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for hire. Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and create hiring plans.


• Employee relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on various employment-related issues and assist with developing and enforcing company policies and procedures.


• Payroll and benefits: Assist with payroll functions and handle leave entitlement and requests.


• Performance management: Maintain the performance management program, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.


• Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualification and Experience requirements

• Relevant tertiary education, and


• At least 5 years’ experience in the delivery of generalist human resources services, and


• Knowledge of human resources best practices with regard to employee administration, performance management, payroll management and industrial relations
