B2B Team Manager for our Nespresso Client

We are seeking a passionate and driven Team Manager to lead and inspire our B2B team dedicated to Nespresso. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, optimizing team performance, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our business clients. You will play a key role in driving results, fostering a positive team culture, and building strong relationships with Nespresso clients.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Manage, coach, and develop each team member to maximize productivity and achieve or exceed the objectives set by the client.
  • Effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Work independently with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating a strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Continuously monitor and review the performance of advisors against agreed KPIs.


Profile required :


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • !! Call center experience as a Team Manager is mandatory !!
  • 3+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • B2B experience would be a huge plus.
