We are currently looking for someone to join our team in Morocco as a
Country manager
Responsibilities:
- Finding, contacting, and managing distributors.
- Manage all business activities and ensure delivery revenue, profit, and other key targets
- Develop the right sales and go-to-market strategy
- Recruit, motivate, and manage all staff in the business unit. Ensure the organizational resources for the business needs
- Establish long-term, sustainable partnerships with key customers, retailers, and wholesalers
- Ensure the right in-store presence of the product portfolio
- Provide complete and timely business results reports
- Establish and run best-in-class representation of the company with all stakeholders
- Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the customers
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of professional sales experience in the FMCG field
- Perfect knowledge of the local FMCG market, especially distributors
- Either professional Key Account and/or Wholesaler, C+C experience required with active contacts
- High level of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Outstanding candidates should be able to work without supervision and has a good mixture of strategic thinking and operational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Hard-working and result-oriented attitude
- Flexibility essential
