To strengthen our team, we are looking for a General Management Generalist L1 in our plant in Meknes .

Your profile :

• Bachelor's degree in Communication / Management / Business


• Communications skills 


• Good level of French and English 

Tasks & Attributions : 

• Manage meeting rooms and schedules, ensuring 5S standards and a presentable reception and office environment.


• Order and maintain office supplies, track inventory and expenses, and coordinate with Finance on related costs.


• Arrange travel, accommodations, and pickups for employees and visitors, following YEL travel procedures and policies.


• Prepare and manage visa documentation and embassy appointments, and inform HR of employees on business trips.


• Handle communications, including answering calls, welcoming visitors, and managing mail and deliveries.


• Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager, managing their agenda, meetings, and travel arrangements.


• Organize and coordinate company events, visits, and workshops, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
