  • Conduct marketing and sales for the Division’s products; which include planning, organizing and carrying out all sales activities.
  • Maintain a database of clients and update data on periodic basis.
  • Explain to customers product features, options, warranty and after sales services.
  • Define potential clients based on market information and initiate visits and presentations.
  • Ensure the timely delivery and collection of payment.
  • Assist in preparing a Sales Plan at the beginning of the year in accordance with management instructions.
  • Determine sales areas and targets for potential clients.
  • Review tender documents, quotations, specifications, general conditions, and the forms of sales contracts.
  • Supervise and ensure the invoices are submitted to clients as per the agreement and the cheque or L/C copy is received from the client.
  • Follow up quotations submitted to clients to secure the purchase orders.
  • Negotiate with clients prior to drafting LPO’s.
  • Prepare formal tender submission and passes it the Division Manager for final approval.
  • Prepare weekly work reports in according with the Sales Plan.
  • Perform any other task as requested by the Division Manager.


Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.


Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position handling HVAC products.
