The HRBP Generalist is the main point of contact for employee requests regarding HR management topics. With the support of the HRBP Manager, they are responsible for the social climate within the site and ensure compliance with HR procedures. They align all HR decisions with operational needs to meet business objectives and achieve HR goals.







 Main tasks: 




- Be constantly available and helpful to all employees.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an effective and conflict-free workplace.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources policies.

- Improve job satisfaction by quickly resolving problems and proposing team cohesion actions and activities.
- Hold focus groups with all employee categories and ensure the implementation and follow-up of action plans.
- Establish and verify monthly payroll data for staff.
- Monitor HR indicators (attrition and absenteeism) and conduct a monthly data analysis with action plans.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law at the managed site.
- Represent the HRBP Manager before the labor inspection to manage social disputes.
- Adhere to the company culture and ensure continuous improvement at all levels.
