Job Offer – HR Officer (Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist)
Location: Bouskoura – Ouled Saleh

Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)



We are recruiting for our client, a major player in the pharmaceutical and paramedical sector, an HR Officer who is perfectly proficient in payroll using SAGE and in personnel administration.



Main responsibilities:



  • Ensure complete payroll processing using SAGE: collect variable data, check, print, and verify payslips.
  • Manage personnel administration: contracts, amendments, employee files, certificates, absences, and leave.
  • Handle CNSS, AMO, CIMR, and mutual insurance enrollments and terminations.
  • Manage monthly and annual social declarations (CNSS, AMO, IR).
  • Ensure legal compliance according to the Labor Code.
  • Follow disciplinary cases and apply HR procedures.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports.
  • Provide support to managers and employees.

Required profile :

Profile sought:



  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) / Master's degree (Bac+5) in HR Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 to 3 years in payroll and personnel administration.
  • Mandatory proficiency in SAGE Payroll software.
  • Good knowledge of Moroccan Labor Law and social obligations.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or paramedical sector is a plus.
  • Organized, rigorous, autonomous, and discreet.
