Want to lead the development of an innovative product while managing a team and technical projects? Our client, a recruitment SaaS platform, is looking for a Tech Lead / Technical Project Manager to take charge of the design, development, and monitoring of their digital platform.
Main tasks:
Define and implement the technical architecture of the platform (Front-end: React, Redux, TypeScript / Back-end: NodeJS, Express, MongoDB).
Lead technical projects, coordinate developments, and ensure code quality.
Mentor and support developers, share best practices, and track the team's skill development.
Participate in technology choices and deployments.
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to ensure project success
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
Proven experience in technical project management or team leadership.
Solid background in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Git, Jira, CI/CD).
Excellent communication, leadership skills, and ability to unite the team.
