Job :

  • Receive technical complaints from customers (phone / email).

  • Forward requests to the relevant technicians.

  • Follow up on interventions and ensure the proper resolution of complaints.

  • Inform the customer about the progress of their case and provide feedback.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality service.


Required profile :

  • Bac+2/3 education in management, commerce, or equivalent.

  • A first successful experience in a call center or customer service.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Rigor, organization, and customer service focus.

  • Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
