As part of our project teams, you will participate in the design and development of web applications for major clients in the banking, insurance, energy, and industrial sectors. You will join a multidisciplinary team, organized in an Agile mode, and work on projects with strong business impact.

As a  Senior Back-End Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and implementing the architecture of back-end applications.


• Mentoring and supporting developers in their technical tasks.


• Ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices (testing, security, performance).


• Designing and developing efficient and scalable APIs and microservices.


• Integrating cloud solutions and ensuring the setup of CI/CD pipelines.


• Participating in technological watch and proposing continuous improvements.

• Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science or equivalent.


• Proven experience (≥ 5 years) in back-end development, including 2 years in a technical lead role.


• Proficiency in a back-end language (Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Node.js).


• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.


• Experience with microservices architectures and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• Knowledge of CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes.


• Leadership, analytical skills, autonomy, and teamwork.


• A cloud or DevOps certification is a plus.
