Job :

The Restaurant Manager is co-responsible for the operational, commercial, and financial aspects of the outlet in order to develop its activity and offer a quality of service that meets the expectations of customers and general management.






Required profile :

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional in luxury hotel catering, with strong operational leadership, a culture of detail, and a vision focused on service excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. He/she embodies the Resort's values and constantly ensures its brand image is respected.







Operational Organization & Management
Rigorous, structured, and results-oriented, the candidate has a perfect mastery of international hotel standards, internal procedures, and the standards of a high-end establishment. He/she knows how to:





  • Supervise all activities of their outlet (dining room, kitchen, stewarding),

  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure in coordination with technical teams,

  • Continuously adjust human and material resources according to activity,

  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, environmental, and maintenance rules.



Team Leadership & Management
A unifying and inspiring manager, the ideal candidate knows how to mobilize, empower, and develop their teams.




He/she:





  • Leads teams around clear objectives (quality, sales, profitability),
