Job :
The Restaurant Manager is co-responsible for the operational, commercial, and financial aspects of the outlet in order to develop its activity and offer a quality of service that meets the expectations of customers and general management.
Required profile :

Operational Organization & Management
Rigorous, structured, and results-oriented, the candidate has a perfect mastery of international hotel standards, internal procedures, and the standards of a high-end establishment. He/she knows how to:
- Supervise all activities of their outlet (dining room, kitchen, stewarding),
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure in coordination with technical teams,
- Continuously adjust human and material resources according to activity,
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, environmental, and maintenance rules.
Team Leadership & Management
