Do you love selling, advising, and closing deals, with already qualified contacts and a clear goal: to convert? At ADM Value, we're hiring salespeople for "online driving licenses" to assist prospects from qualified leads.
Your role: understand the need, respond clearly, overcome hesitation, and finalize the registration, all while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
You'll join a large-scale setup: a project launch that will grow rapidly. In this context, those who get involved from the start quickly gain ground: accelerated skill development, responsibilities, and real, rapid opportunities for advancement.
Your missions
• You will handle contacts from qualified leads (outgoing/incoming calls depending on the activity).
• You will quickly qualify the situation and the need (objective, availability, level, questions).
• You will present the offer simply and convincingly, highlighting the concrete benefits.
• You will manage objections and know how to follow up effectively when necessary.
• You will close the sale and ensure the traceability of exchanges in the tools.
Working hours
9 AM - 7 PM (French time), 9 hours of work per day.
Rotating schedule: possibility of working on Saturdays depending on rotation (5 days / 7).
Net Salary + bonuses
Salary package starting at +7,300 Moroccan Dirhams net, with uncapped bonuses based on performance.
Required profile :
You have a real sales drive, you are comfortable on the phone, and you know how to convince without being pushy. You are consistent, persistent, and you know how to turn interest into a decision.
• Very good spoken French level: clarity, ease, ability to explain.
• Enjoy challenges and results-driven.
• Active listening: you understand quickly and adapt your speech.
• Persistence: smart follow-up, handling hesitation, closing.
• Computer literacy: data entry, tracking, tools/CRM.
• Sales/call center experience is a plus, but good salespeople are welcome.
