Job :
We are hiring for our client, a company in the medical device production and sales sector, located in Bouskoura – Ouled Saleh, an HR Officer – Payroll & Administration.
- Manage complete payroll: collect variables, process, check (on Sage)
- Handle staff administration: contracts, certificates, leave, absences, employee files
- Ensure compliance with social legislation and labor law
- Manage social declarations and relations with relevant organizations
- Update HR dashboards and participate in social reporting
- Contribute to improving HR procedures
Required profile :
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
- Proven experience in payroll and HR administration
- Mandatory experience in payroll management on Sage
- Good knowledge of social law and labor legislation
- Proficiency in office software
- Meticulous, autonomous, organized, and discreet
