Job :
The following responsibilities are to be carried out on the construction sites of ATM DEVELOPPEMENT:
- To support managers, site managers, and foremen in planning and managing project supply
- To ensure the smooth operation of all construction sites by supplying necessary materials and supplies without interruption, as requested by the site team and approved by the hierarchical manager
- To supervise, track, and ensure the good management of the procurement operation.
- To conduct a good supplier consultation process for the acquisition of materials and supplies
- To mobilize and schedule the various partners and project teams (logistics) involved in acquiring and delivering materials under the best conditions and within defined deadlines
- To ensure the request of necessary documentation from partners for the procurement operation, including: (Purchase Orders, Delivery Slips, Invoices, and all attached documents)
- To report any issues encountered in the procurement process to the hierarchical manager for necessary action to prevent potential procedural malfunctions;
- To ensure that materials and supplies arrive on site and that deliveries and checks have been properly carried out by the relevant parties
- To ensure that all participatory evaluations are carried out in each school;
- To ensure the completion of purchase orders issued to validated suppliers, specifying Type, quantity, and quality (selected).
