Your role: assist clients with their applications, offer the best plan based on their needs, and secure the sale with clear, structured, and professional communication.

You will join a large-scale setup: a project launch that will grow rapidly. In this context, those who get involved from the start quickly advance: accelerated skill development, responsibilities, and real, fast-paced career opportunities.



Your tasks
• You will handle clients/prospects from an existing base (outgoing / incoming calls depending on the activity).
• You will identify needs: vehicle, usage, profile, budget, desired coverage level.
• You will present the Car insurance offer simply and convincingly, and secure the subscription.
• You will suggest Home insurance when the client's profile is suitable, without over-selling.
• You will handle objections and move towards closing the sale, with method and a focus on quality.

You have a true sales talent: you know how to build trust, argue your case, and close a deal. Experience in insurance is a plus, but not required: we welcome good salespeople who can learn quickly and sell while respecting the script and rules.


• Very good spoken French: clear, fluent, and reassuring.
• Enjoy challenges and results-driven.
• Ability to listen, rephrase, and offer a suitable solution.
• Perseverance: you maintain the pace, know how to follow up, and close deals.
• Comfortable with computers and tracking tools (CRM).
