The Application Expert is responsible for providing technical expertise, support, and training on the company’s products and solutions. This role ensures the correct application, optimization, and performance of products in customer operations, acting as a key link between the commercial, R&D, and operational teams.

Soft Skills

· Excellent knowledge of all Professional laundry solutions

· Has a technical degree, ideally in chemistry or cleaning science, or extensive experience in the field of cleaning and hygiene.

· Has solid commercial understanding and understands P&L.

· Has core competency in auditing, diagnostics and problem solving skills and in deploying tools to measure performance.

· Has excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences, including customers and partners from other functional areas in the company.

· Has the competency to partner with colleagues within the R&D organization, as well as with other functions to ensure timely communication and resolution of customer’s issues.

· Has affinity for product development, and for trailing new solutions with customers under agreed testing standards.

· Has ability to prioritize and communicate reasons for assigning low to no priority requests.

· Can operate independently, but always with a strong team spirit in mind.

· Shows good communication, enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility, initiative and will take responsibility.
