Job :

You will primarily be involved in human resources administration, including:





  • Administrative management of employee files (hiring, contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.)

  • Monitoring of employee arrivals/departures

  • Updating HR data and internal tools

  • Management of HR documents and archiving

  • Responding to employees' administrative requests

  • Support for the HR team on daily administrative matters


Required profile :

  • With a Bac+2/3 degree (Associate's or Bachelor's level) in Human Resources or Economics, you have successful experience in a similar role.

  • You are proficient in office software.

  • You are rigorous, precise, and reliable.

  • You have good interpersonal skills and a good ability to adapt.

  • You have an excellent service-oriented mindset and wish to grow within a developing organization, a subsidiary of a large group.
